Tim Stoner - Chairman and CEO
Tim Stoner founded Asentria in 1984 with a vision for helping telecommunication companies securely store and deliver vital Call Data. Tim pioneered one of the first specialized data collection devices for the telecommunications industry. Today, he is the Chairman and CEO at Asentria. Tim has over 20 years experience in hardware and software engineering. Through years of working with customers, he understands their requirements, and oversees the technology roadmap, and the product development and engineering groups. Tim has created an integrated and collaborative relationship between sales, product development and engineering to deliver reliable products that meet our customer’s needs. Tim brings thoughtful leadership and hands-on experience in his role as CEO. He has demonstrated proficiency in recognizing markets and customer requirements for sophisticated technologies.


Bill Vineyard - COO
Bill Vineyard has over 20 years experience in working with companies to improve management and growth using disciplined business administration techniques. Bill joined us in 1991, and has been instrumental in helping the company achieve profitability, growth and a strong organization. Prior to joining Asentria, Bill had a successful private practice, in which he consulted for chiropractors and dentists in business finance and new patient acquisition. Previously, Bill worked for Singer Consultants, first as a consultant for chiropractic offices, helping them improve business management and new patient acquisition, and then served as Director for their Seattle office.


Tammy Arnold - Director of Human Resources
Tammy Arnold has over 20 years experience working in, and leading human resource organizations. Tammy joined us in 1997, serving as Director of Human Resources. Tammy has held various positions, including Sales and Marketing, Assistant to the VP of Business Development and Direct Assistant to the President. Returning to Human Resources, Tammy brings an excellent understanding of how the company operates, and its personnel, administrative and organizational needs. Prior to joining us, Tammy worked in Human Resources and in other roles at Heights RV, and Industrial Chemical Labs.


Jon Baars - Director of Sales
With 16 years of sales experience, Jon Baars joined us in 1998 as a sales executive, and now serves as Director of Sales. Prior to joining us, Jon served as account executive for Horizon Software, selling enterprise software to large urban school districts. Previously, Jon worked as an independent manufacturer's representative, selling hardware products to Home Depot, Lowes, and other retail hardware companies. Jon received a bachelor’s degree from Western Illinois University, and an MBA from Seattle University.


Greg Logan - Director of Finance
Greg Logan has a broad financial background with over 25 years of experience in accounting and finance in both public accounting, and a variety of private industries. Greg has served as Director of Finance at Asentria since 2000. Greg is inspired by the complexities of the manufacturing environment, as well as the electronics industry, and is involved in the development of comprehensive solutions to key business processes. Greg received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington, and he is a Washington State Certified Public Accountant.


Mutsuya “Moots” Ii - Director of Engineering
Mutsuya “Moots” Ii has over 22 years of diverse experience as an electrical engineer and computer scientist, with 21 years in Research and Development with Hewlett-Packard and Agilent-Technologies. Moots joined Asentria in early 2007 from Agilent-Laboratories, the forward looking research arm of the test and measurement company, bringing with him extensive experience in RF signal analysis, distributed measurement and control systems, digital signal processing, digital communications, modulation methodologies, semiconductor test, high-speed digital hardware design and software development. His most recent work with Agilent-Laboratories, prior to joining Asentria, was focused on the investigation and the evaluation of new technologies and techniques for the creation of business expansion into new market areas for the company. Moots has also authored numerous patents, and executed several extremely successful and remunerative projects at HP/Agilent as a lead-engineer/scientist and architect. His work in the sciences began at the Fred Hutchinson Research Center as a research assistant while doing pre-med studies, but found that engineering was an exciting and creative field that could improve lives in and of itself. Moots’ first work as an engineer was with General Electric Aerospace Control Systems, developing and testing “life critical”, real-time software for the 757/767 thrust management systems. Moots received his Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering in 1985 and later received his Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering in 1994 on the HP Resident Fellowship program from the University of Washington. Later, as Agilent’s Campus Manager for the University of Washington, Moots worked as an industry representative on educational review boards, and provided aid and sponsorship to Department of Engineering chairs for the receipt of philanthropic and program development grants.


Scott MyersDirector of Manufacturing
Scott Myers has 30 years experience growing and managing manufacturing, supply chain and logistics. Scott joined us in 2000, and as Director of Manufacturing, Scott is responsible for the purchasing, manufacturing and shipping departments. One of Scott’s primary responsibilities is to ensure a smooth and successful flow of materials, to provide timely delivery of products to customers. Scott also serves as Asentria’ Safety Chairman. Prior to joining Asentria, Scott worked for 23 years at Ryan Instruments, a manufacturer of time, temperature and humidity monitoring equipment, and control systems. As production supervisor, Scott specialized in statistical process control, continuous quality improvement and functional team development. Scott was also responsible for the acquisition and maintenance of Test and Measure Equipment for all calibration standards.


Ron Churchill - Director of Quality Assurance
Ron Churchill joined us in 2000 as Technical Support Manager, where he helped build and maintain a reputation of quality customer service and satisfaction. Ron now serves as Director of Quality Assurance, responsible for improving the company’s overall quality of technical performance. Ron’s valuable experience makes him uniquely qualified to understand and help Asentria deliver the high quality products our customers demand, and ensure that we meet their expectations of continued excellence. Prior to joining Asentria, Ron served as Operations Manager for Boston Sox, a retail chain located throughout the Pacific Northwest. Ron received a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix.


Paul Renton - Chief Scientist
Paul Renton is one of the original engineers who founded Asentria, and was instrumental in developing one of the first specialized data collection devices for the telecommunications industry. Since then Paul has directed and advanced the general technology of the company to include advanced encryption, robust communication protocols, systems architecture, and led the hardware and firmware development for our new product line with embedded Linux. Paul has over 20 years experience in engineering networking and communications equipment. Paul has numerous patents in his name.
